| Incorporation: | The Company was initially formed under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) on February 12, 2018. In connection with a business combination with Distinction Energy Corp., the Company continued under the Canada Business Corporations Act on August 31, 2021 and changed its name to Kiwetinohk Energy Corp. on September 22, 2021. Effective January 1, 2022, Distinction Energy (Alberta) Limited ("DEL") and the Company amalgamated under the Canada Business Corporations Act and continued as Kiwetinohk Energy Corp. Prior to the amalgamation, DEL was continued under the Canada Business Corporations Act under the name 13614247 Canada Inc. |
