Amendments to Long Life Order Type Approval Notice
TMX Receives Regulatory Approval for Amendments to "Long Life" order type.
TMX Equities Trading is pleased to announce that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has received regulatory approval from the Ontario Securities Commission for its proposed amendments to the "Long Life" order type, as described in Equities Notice 2024-025.The amendments aim to enhance the flexibility and applicability of the Long Life order type, ensuring it effectively serves its purpose across a broader range of trading scenarios.
The proposed amendments to the "Long Life" order type on TSX Venture Exchange remain subject to regulatory approval. A separate notice will be sent regarding the implementation date of the amendments to the "Long Life" order type on both TSX and TSX Venture Exchange.
