Interaction between Self-Trade Management and Self-Trade Prevention - Approval Notice
TSX and Alpha Receives Regulatory Approval Regarding Amendments to Self-Trade Management and Self-Trade Prevention Interaction.
TMX Equities Trading is pleased to announce that each of Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and TSX Alpha Exchange ("Alpha") has received regulatory approval from the Ontario Securities Commission regarding its proposed amendments regarding the interaction between Self-Trade Management and Self-Trade Prevention, as described in Equities Notice 2024-014.
The amendments are expected to be implemented on TSX and Alpha in Q4 2024.
