Currently, Vanguard ETF seeks to track the Bloomberg Canadian Short Treasury 1-12M Float Adjusted Index (or any successor thereto). It invests primarily in public, investment-grade government fixed income securities with maturities of less than 365 days issued in Canada.

Vanguard ETF is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Units, each of which represents an equal, undivided interest in Vanguard ETF. Units of the Vanguard ETF are being issued and sold on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of Units that may be issued.
