Nature of business: The ETF seeks to provide a combination of a high level of income and long-term capital growth, primarily by investing in exchange traded funds that provide exposure to a globally diversified portfolio of equity securities. To generate premiums, the ETF will be exposed to a dynamic covered call options writing program.

Distributions: It is anticipated that the ETF will make distributions to its Unitholders on a monthly basis.
