Information Circular Season: Leveraging InfoSuite’s TRIV calculator

With several companies in the middle of Information Circular Season, it is important for issuers to leverage some of the tools available in TSX InfoSuite.

As required in Item 2.2 of Form 51-102F6, National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, issuers must create a performance graph of their security against a benchmark to be included in their Information Circular.

The total return performance calculator in TSX InfoSuite allows you to create a performance graph against the index of your choice at a push of a button; satisfying this OSC requirement.
